Every session is tailored to your individual needs — whether you are looking for more balance, emotional support, mental clarity, increased energy, or a deeper connection with your body. I am here to guide and support you through that process.
Each session begins with a short check-in, followed by guided breathwork and (if needed) gentle bodywork to release tension patterns. We finish with integration so you leave grounded, regulated, and clear.
